All of our projects receive a unique fee proposal after an initial enquiry call with our Director Jess. Every project is different, so we don't work off a standard pricing structure - we ensure the service we're offering is exactly right for the individual client and project.

Generally, the sooner the better. In the context of a new build project or large scale renovation, we like to be heavily involved in the spatial layout of the interior spaces - naturally this can impact architectural plans. Jess can provide more in-depth information when you book a discovery call.

We work across residential and commercial projects, from new builds and renovations to heritage properties. Our projects range from individual rooms through to complete properties.

Yes. Our full turnkey service can take a project from initial concept through to completion, including design, specification, procurement, project coordination and final installation.

Yes. We have experience working with heritage and listed properties and understand the additional considerations these projects can involve. We work collaboratively with the relevant architects, conservation specialists and consultants to ensure the design respects the character and significance of the property.

Absolutely. As part of our turnkey service, we can manage the procurement of furniture, lighting, finishes, accessories and bespoke elements, coordinating deliveries and overseeing the final installation to bring the completed design together.

Yes. We are happy to consider projects internationally where they align with the scale, scope and quality of projects we specialise in. International projects are considered on an individual basis, with travel and additional project requirements discussed as part of the proposal.
