1. About These Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at jessicamaydesign.co.uk (the "Site"), and any purchase of digital resources or advisory services offered by Jessica May Design Limited ("we", "us", "our").
By using our Site, purchasing a digital resource, or booking an advisory call, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site or purchase from us.

3. Definitions
Client: any individual or entity that purchases digital resources or advisory services from us.
Digital Resources: PDFs, guides, templates, and any other downloadable content sold through our Site.
Advisory Services: one-to-one calls delivered by phone or video, booked and managed through our third-party scheduling platform (Acuity Scheduling).
Order: a completed purchase for a Digital Resource or Advisory Service.
4. Digital Resources
4.1 Licence
When you purchase a Digital Resource, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use it for your personal or single-business use. You may not:
resell, redistribute, or share the resource with third parties;
reproduce or modify it for commercial resale;
use the resource or any part of it to create competing products;
remove or alter any copyright, trade mark, or attribution notices.
All intellectual property in the Digital Resources remains with Jessica May Design Limited.
4.2 Delivery
Digital Resources are delivered electronically via a download link sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Delivery is immediate on completion of payment. Please check your junk or spam folder if the link does not arrive within a few minutes; if you still cannot access it, contact us at enquiries@jessicamaydesign.co.uk.
4.3 Refunds on Digital Resources
Under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), digital downloads are generally exempt from the 14-day right of cancellation once the download has begun, provided you have consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that this waives your cancellation right.
By completing your purchase and accessing the download link, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right to cancel. All sales of Digital Resources are therefore final and non-refundable, except where the content is faulty, materially different from its description, or fails to conform with these Terms.
If you believe a resource is faulty or materially misdescribed, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will investigate. Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repaired file or a refund at our discretion.
5. Advisory Services
5.1 Booking
Advisory calls are booked through our scheduling platform (Acuity Scheduling). By completing a booking you enter into a contract with us for the specific service selected (30-minute or 60-minute call, phone or Teams video).
5.2 Rescheduling & Cancellation
You may reschedule or cancel your booking using the link in your confirmation email, subject to the following:
More than 24 hours before the scheduled call: you may reschedule at no charge, or cancel and receive a full refund.
Less than 24 hours before the scheduled call: the call fee is non-refundable. You may still reschedule at our discretion, subject to availability.
No-shows: if you do not attend the scheduled call and have not given at least 24 hours' notice, the fee is forfeited and no refund or reschedule is offered.
5.3 Delivery of the Call
Calls take place at the scheduled time. For phone calls we will call the number provided at booking; for Teams video calls, the meeting link is included in your confirmation email. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details and video conferencing setup are working before the call.
If we are unable to hold the call at the scheduled time due to circumstances on our side, we will reschedule the call or provide a full refund, at your option.
5.4 Scope of Advice
Advisory calls offer general guidance and professional insight based on our experience running an interior design studio. They are not a substitute for tailored legal, tax, financial, or regulated professional advice. Any decisions you make following an advisory call are made at your own risk. We accept no liability for outcomes resulting from your implementation of general guidance discussed during a call.
5.5 Confidentiality
Advisory calls are treated as confidential. We will not share the specifics of your call, business, or personal circumstances with any third party without your consent, save where disclosure is required by law. Any materials you share with us for the purpose of the call remain your property.
6. Payment
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by Stripe Payments UK Ltd. We do not store your full card details.
Payment must be made in full at the time of order for Digital Resources and at the time of booking for Advisory Services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, design, logo, and Digital Resources — is the intellectual property of Jessica May Design Limited or its licensors, and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or exploit any content commercially without our prior written permission.
8. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate contact and billing information at the time of purchase.
Ensuring your device, browser, and internet connection meet the requirements to receive Digital Resources or join a video call.
Keeping any download links you receive confidential and not sharing them.
Using our Digital Resources and Advisory Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with a purchase, booking, or use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Digital Resource or Advisory Service that gave rise to the claim.
We will not be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of anticipated savings.
10. Data Protection

11. Availability of the Site
We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict the Site or any part of it for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons, without notice and without liability to you.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, strikes, failure of internet or telecommunications services, government action, or public health emergencies.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your Order is the version that applies to that Order. We recommend reviewing this page before completing any purchase.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
